Depending on the width of the road and the need for illumination, LED modules can be freely added or removed. Different road lighting standards can be accommodated by independently controlling each module and adjusting power as needed.
If a single module fails, there is no need to replace the entire light. Only three to five minutes are needed for disassembly and replacement, greatly cutting down on high-altitude work time and maintenance expenses.
Suitable for long-distance outdoor road lighting, it can withstand challenging conditions like extreme heat, torrential rain, and sandstorms.
To avoid accumulation affecting light transmittance, clear away dust and insect residue after turning off each quarter. To avoid water intrusion and short circuits, never spray directly into the module gaps using a high-pressure water gun.
Examine whether the module clips are loose and whether the LEDs are flickering or turning black every six months.
Examine the driver power supply terminals once a year and tighten any loose wiring.
To guarantee an IP66 protection rating and stop rainwater infiltration that could harm the circuitry, replace outdated sealing strips as soon as possible.
