What is a powder-coated pole?

A finished pole that has undergone surface pretreatment and electrostatic powder coating to produce a high-polymer powder coating is called a powder-coated pole. Corrosion resistance and aesthetics are combined. An electrostatic spray gun is used to evenly spray epoxy resin and other powder coatings onto a galvanized pole base, which is then cured at a high temperature to create a dense coating. Usually 80–100 micrometers thick, the coating has a wide range of colors, including custom matte and high-gloss finishes, and strong adhesion. Compared to a single galvanized pole, it has superior outdoor UV resistance and a more appealing appearance.

Suitable Locations for Powder-Coated Poles

Suitable Locations for Powder-Coated Poles

  • Cultural and tourism towns and folk-style streets are ideal locations. The coating texture complements the street's aesthetic, and customizable colors like gray brick and retro brown are available.

  • Commercial plazas and major city roads are also very appropriate. Wear-resistant coating guards against scratches from cars and pedestrians, and a variety of colors can complement municipal landscape design.

  • High-end residential neighborhoods and parks: The anti-aging qualities of the matte or high-gloss coating complement the park's aesthetic and are appropriate for its humid, green surroundings.
