Following material preparation, the lamp housing is processed, and the essential parts—such as the driver and light source—are put together. After waterproof test, photoelectric performance test and aging test, the lamp is packaged.

After screening, the battery cells are welded into groups, assembled with protection boards, and packaged in shells.To guarantee the street lamps' safety and battery life, they are subsequently tested for charge and discharge, high and low temperatures, etc.

After the cells are sorted, they are serially soldered, laminated and packaged with tempered glass, etc. Following curing, the frame is put in place, and EL and power tests are performed to make sure it can handle the demands of the street lamp power supply.
