In the Guizhou Province Rural Revitalization Comprehensive Lighting Project, local roads are generally characterized by narrow carriageways, constrained construction conditions, and insufficient power grid coverage. The main contractor required a solar street light OEM manufacturer with proven engineering experience, capable of delivering stable, reliable, and integrated solutions suitable for remote and off-grid areas.
We provided the main contractor with integrated solar street light OEM manufacturing services. Based on the actual conditions of rural roads, we customized a solution featuring 3.5-meter lightweight lamp poles combined with high-efficiency energy storage batteries.
This solution operates independently of the power grid, is easy to install, and achieves an optimal balance among illumination performance, battery endurance, and structural safety. It is particularly well suited for long-term lighting applications on rural roads, township access roads, and in remote areas.
The project successfully completed the mass production and delivery of 8,000 customized solar street lights within 75 days, meeting the scheduled timeline. All products passed IP66 waterproof certification and low-temperature weather resistance testing, maintaining stable illumination even after seven consecutive days of continuous overcast and rainy conditions.
The lighting project ultimately covered 12 townships and was recognized by the local government, which awarded the project team the title of Outstanding Supplier for Lighting Engineering Projects.
